Registration
Enrollment is on-going through the end of February providing that space is available. Parents or students interested in signing up for classes at the Worship Arts Restoration Center should contact the administrator at the center to request a registration packet and class availability information or download the Registration Form here. The school year begins after Labor Day in September, and consists of 24 weeks, divided into three trimesters: Fall, Winter and Spring. The start of each trimester is listed in the school calendar. The 24 weeks do not include holidays and vacations. (see the W.A.R. Center Calendar) Students enrolled in the Fall, Winter or Spring trimesters, will be automatically enrolled into the following trimester/s, however, if the student is not continuing their studies, they may withdraw. Withdrawals are accepted only in writing, three weeks prior to the start of the next trimester.  A registration fee of $20 for new students, is required for each student. Registration is good for the Academic year. This fee is paid upon initial registration and is non-refundable. You may register either by mail or in person, with a completed registration form, tuition for the first trimester or tuition for all three trimesters.
CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT
Parents will be notified via email to confirm their child(ren)’s enrollment. If an email address is not provided, you will receive confirmation by mail or phone.

A Waiver Form must be completed and submitted with registration.

Returning Students
Returning W.A.R. Center
students receive the appropriate registration packet, along with their year-end evaluation in May. Returning students will receive priority placement if their Registration Form is returned to the Administration Office by the deadline noted in the registration packet and their W.A.R. Center tuition account is in good standing. Priority registration does not guarantee a space in the class of choice. Instead, it is a period of time when the Administration Office processes only those registration forms from returning W.A.R. Center students. Due to the high demand of students wishing to enroll at W.A.R. Center , you risk losing a space in the class if you do not respond by the priority deadline. Returning W.A.R. Center students who do not meet the priority deadline will be processed with new students on a first-come, first-served basis beginning when registration is opened up to the public.

Tuition
Please refer below for the Tuition Costs for the selected amount of study time.

1 class (1 hour): $120.00/trimester

2 classes (2 hours): $180.00/trimester

Worship Outreach (Recital) Fees:
The year culminates with the Worship Outreach (recital) finale (see W.A.R. Center Calendar) where all the W.A.R. center students present the skills and choreography they have learned during the year.   All students will be assessed both a costume fee and a worship outreach (recital) fee for the spring 2008 recital. Costume fees will be based on actual cost and will vary, depending on the class. Recital fees will help defray a portion of the venue rental fees, and will include the purchase of four tickets to the recital for each family. Additional tickets may also be purchased.  Please be advised that only students attending classes for the entire year can participate in the Worship Outreach (Recital).

Payment Policy
Tuition is payable on a trimester installment by check, money order, cash or credit card.
For the students who pay by trimester, tuition is due at registration or no later than 7 days prior to the start of the trimester (see
W.A.R. Center Calendar). If payment is not received by the beginning of the trimester, a late fee will be assessed.
Late payments for tuition, or any other late payment, will be assessed a minimum $10.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) late fee per student.
A $40 fee will be automatically charged for all returned checks.

Refund Policies
Once registered, tuition is not refundable. Students who miss classes or withdraw before the end of the trimester are still obligated for the full trimester's tuition.
There are NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, or transfers to another trimester.
In the case of prolonged illness or severe injury, tuition will be refunded or transferred on a pro-rated basis, only upon a written doctor's confirmation of the student's inability to attend classes. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Scholarships are available on a limited basis and are awarded to students who demonstrate financial need, dedication as well as talent.  Application forms are available upon request.
